Weather: cool and misty in the morning -- hazy in the afternoon --
little wind
Other notes: not a single migrant bird around -- some species seen
nearly every year previously were not found this trip (those marked
"NONE!" below) -- White Pines all had small (3-4 cm) cones (second year in
a row)
